Dave Grohl a mis un nouveau titre de son projet Sound City en ligne, réalisé en collaboration avec des membres de Slipknot, Kyuss et Cheap Trick.

Dave Grohl sort un nouveau titre en collaboration avec Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour), Rick Nielsen (Cheap Trick) et Scott Reeder (Kyuss, The Obsessed) intitulé From Can To Can't. Elle est extraite d'un album de collaborations, intitulé Real To Reel, qui sortira le 12 mars prochain, qui contient également la version studio de Cut Me Some Slack, réalisée en collaboration avec Paul mcCartney et les anciens musiciens de Nirvana, dont Dave Grohl, à la batterie.
